It seems like the only things people are ordering in fast food drive-thru lanes these days are fried chicken sandwiches
Well, Taco Bell got tired of not being invited to the fried chicken party and are finally making their fashionably late entrance with their New Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco.

The all-white piece of chicken is marinated in jalapeño buttermilk and fried with a crunchy tortilla chip coating, served in a puffy bread that’s shaped as a taco. That’s then topped in a creamy chipotle sauce. There’s also a spicy version that includes an additional topping of jalapeño slices.
While the nationwide roll out is not planned until later in 2021, the $2.49 Crispy Chicken Sandwich Taco will be available March 11th in Nashville, Tennessee and Charlotte, North Carolina (Go Tar Heels!).
Hopefully Taco Bell‘s entry into the fast food Chicken Wars will be more successful than their attempt at entering the Chicken Wing Wars was…
I still miss the regular grilled chicken burrito they dropped a few years ago. Minus the sauce, it was actually a pretty healthy post work-out snack.

I’m not sure about this one, Taco Bell! Lol…
