For the past 4 months, Lil G has been enjoying Wednesday baby gymnastics classes at the Little Gym and last week was his first graduation day!
Graduation day is the last day of the season and a chance to show off what we have learned so far (with a little assistance from Mr. Ralph).
We went through a complex course of “whoop-de-dos” (I didn’t know what these were either)..
and somersaults. Grayson sticks the landings pretty well, but gets easily distracted afterwards and loses his balance a lot.

One of our favorite things to do all season was to use our hair to catch bubbles during bubble time:
Parachute and ball time were always fun too:
We enjoyed some bouncey time (note Parker who goes speedily by around 13 seconds in)
And when all was said and done, all the babies completed the course and received their first participation trop….oops, I mean medals! Their first medals!
Some even tasted the medals to see if they were real gold! They weren’t.
This was the conclusion of the season for the “Bugs” class (non walkers).
Grayson was sad to see his two best buddies in the class, Isaac and Parker, move on to the the next level without him, but he will be joining them in the “Birds” class (walkers) in September!
