Per IGN, Netflix will develop and produce a new original series based off the Witcher Saga, the popular book series the video games are based off of.
Andrzej Sapkowski, author of the novels, will serve as creative consultant for the series.
While Lil’ G is at grandma’s or if he ever actually falls asleep, Geeky Mommie loves to play Witcher 3 on our PS4. The game features an engaging and interesting story, fun gameplay and terrific graphics, but the game features plenty of “adult situations” that (while are awesome!) should NOT be played while Padawans are in the room.
Tomas Baginski – who directed the intro videos for all three Witcher video games, will direct at least one episode per season.
No release date, casting or particular stories for the series have been released yet, but Jason Brown has been brought on as an executive producer. He has shown high quality work on The Expanse on Syfy so expectations for this series should be high!
