End of Star Wars “Rogue One” spliced with beginning of “A New Hope”

In case the title didn’t give it away: SPOILERS AHEAD.

Barre Fong on Vimeo has an done an awesome job splicing together the ending of Star Wars: Rogue One with the beginning of Star Wars: A New Hope.

In comparing the shots from the two movies, the only real difference that jumps out to me is the lighting in the white hallways of Princess Leia’s Corvette spaceship.  The Rogue One hallways appear a little dimmer than in New Hope, which goes along with the darker mood the whole Rogue One movie was conveying.

While I do agree with most critics that the CG work on Grand Moff Tarkin was done better than Leia’s, I think the Leia CG was done well. What do you think?
