After the success of the Marvel’s previous Darth Vader series and the Vader Down crossover, Marvel has announced a new Darth Vader series will be launching in June!
Written by Star Wars veteran Charles Soule (Marvel’s Lando, Obi-Wan & Anakin, Poe Dameron) and drawn by Giuseppe Camuncoli (Amazing Spider-man & Superior Spider-man), this new series will follow Darth Vader immediately after the events of Revenge of the Sith.

I do miss some pieces of the old expanded universe, such as James Luceno’s novel Rise of Darth Vader, which also took place immediately after Revenge of the Sith. It was a well written, entertaining read and did a great job of tying up loose ends from the movie. Hopefully Soule does the same amazing job with this series.
